Each product shows its preparation time. Cakes usually need at least two days' notice, and custom or wedding cakes need more. The checkout only offers dates we can meet.

Yes. Use the custom cake request form to tell us about the occasion, servings, flavours and design. You can attach a reference picture. We'll reply with a design and a quotation.

Custom cakes are priced on the size, number of tiers and level of detail. Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send a quotation before anything is confirmed.

You can pay securely by debit or credit card, bank transfer and other methods offered by our payment partners at checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Bank transfers can take a few minutes to be confirmed by the bank. Your order stays pending until the payment is confirmed, and you'll receive an email as soon as it is.

We deliver to the Lagos areas listed at checkout. The delivery fee depends on your area and is shown before you pay. If your area isn't listed, choose pickup or contact us.

Yes. Choose a delivery date and a time window at checkout. We do our best to arrive within the window you choose.

When pickup is available, you can choose it at checkout. You'll see the pickup address and instructions before you pay.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Whether we can make a change depends on how far your order has progressed.

If a refund is agreed, we'll refund to your original payment method and let you know when it has been processed.

Go to Track Order and enter your order number with the email address or phone number you used at checkout. You'll see each stage from baking to delivery.
