Your name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, so we can confirm and fulfil your order.
Your delivery address and instructions.
Order details, including customisations and any reference image you upload.
Payment status and references from our payment partners. We never receive or store card details.

How we use it

We use your information to process, deliver and support your orders, to send order updates, and, if you subscribe, to send occasional news and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with service providers that help us run the store: payment processors, email delivery, image hosting and delivery riders. We do not sell your data.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting us.

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and, for staff, to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
