These terms apply to orders placed on this website with ItsDasel. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
An order is confirmed only after payment has been verified. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and include any options you select.
Preparation, delivery and pickup
- Each product shows its preparation time, and checkout only offers dates we can meet.
- Delivery fees depend on your area and are shown before you pay.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the order at the address and time window you choose.
Custom cakes
Custom and wedding cakes are quoted individually. Handmade items may vary slightly from reference pictures.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Whether we can make a change depends on how far preparation has progressed. Agreed refunds are made to the original payment method.
Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Paystack and/or Flutterwave). We do not see or store your card details.
